  I am a development finance, impact investment, enterprise development professional with over 20 years of experience supporting organisations, entrepreneurs, and young innovators to translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions. My career spans banking, investment advisory, venture building, donor-funded programme leadership, STEM education, women’s economic empowerment, and inclusive enterprise development across Africa. I hold an MBA from Lancaster University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science with Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University. I am also a certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Practitioner in Cognitive Project Management for AI, and an Investment Accelerator Fellow of Dream VC. I bring strong experience in assessing innovation, business viability, impact potential, investment readiness, and implementation feasibility. I have supported entrepreneurs, women-led businesses, youth innovators, and social impact ventures to strengthen their business models, access finance, build market-ready solutions, and scale sustainably. My background in STEM education, digital skills development, gender inclusion, and impact measurement gives me a strong lens for evaluating AI solutions not only for technical creativity, but also for real-world relevance, ethical application, inclusion, scalability, user value, and potential social impact. As a judge, I bring a balanced perspective that combines technology awareness, investment thinking, programme delivery experience, and a deep commitment to supporting responsible innovation that solves meaningful problems.
